The Nudge Promise & Boundaries:
- Our Time is Precious: I love our sessions, and I pour my heart into them. If you need to reschedule, please give me 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% "Love Loss" fee - it keeps my schedule (and your wardrobe) on track!
- The "High-Low" Reality: I will always suggest the best value to elevate your look. However, the final purchase is your choice. I’m here to nudge, not to force!
- Honesty Policy: I will always be "Professional Friendly Loving." This means if a dress isn't doing you justice, I will tell you - not to be mean, but because I care about your "Power Presentation."
- Payment: To secure your "VIP Transformation" or "Wardrobe Reset," a 50% deposit is required. It’s like a down payment on the new, confident you.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: We understand that life happens. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any in-person session. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will incur a 50% service fee.
- No-Show Policy: Appointments that are missed without notice ("no-shows") will be charged at 100% of the service fee.
- Late Arrival: To respect the time of all clients, please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and late fees may apply.
- Digital Assist Turnaround: All digital requests will be fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt. Please ensure photos sent are clear and well-lit so I can provide the most accurate styling recommendations.
- Booking Agreement: By booking a session or purchasing a Style Bank, you agree to these terms.

I’ll curate a digital “Get Ready” guide featuring a blend of your existing items and strategic shopping recommendations to complete the look. You’ll receive your custom style guide within 48 hours.
Following your in-person session, I provide a private, digital lookbook tailored specifically to you. This is a personal visual reference of the outfits we created, ensuring you never have to guess what to wear or how to pair your pieces. It is for your eyes only - not for public display.
I provide the strategic expertise. During our session, I identify exactly which alterations will make your garments fit perfectly. I then coordinate with a trusted local tailor to ensure the work is done to a professional standard, taking the guesswork out of the process for you.
I believe in flexibility. The Style Bank allows you to pre-purchase hours that never expire, so you can call on me whenever you have an event or a wardrobe dilemma, without the pressure of a monthly fee or a fixed schedule.
