We are taking the utmost care to ensure the safety of our employees and the clients we serve. As such, all CPM staff\u00a0and visitors<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0are required to:<\/p>\n

\n
• undergo hand sanitising and screening before entering the building (involving a questionnaire and a non-contact temperature reading)<\/li>\n
• wear a mask at all times when in the office environment<\/li>\n
• maintain\u00a0social distancing of 1.5 to 2 meters at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  No group gatherings are permitted inside or outside the building, and in-person meetings\u00a0are highly discouraged though where unavoidable, mobile plastic screen guards will be placed between each person and sanitiser will be at hand. Please rather\u00a0communicate via calls, Skype or other online platforms unless it’s absolutely necessary to be physically present with one of our staff members. CPM employees making deliveries will adhere strictly to the above regulations – kindly do not ask them to remove masks or breach minimum physical distance.<\/p>\n

  Management\/HR will be notified of any person (staff\u00a0or visitor<\/em><\/strong>) who is exhibiting symptoms before the person is allowed to enter the building. The person must wait in the designated area outside.\u00a0All staff and visitors’ screening information will be kept on file and signed off daily. Within the buildings and during normal work activities, everyone must wash or sanitise their hands before handling any communal equipment, and no sharing of\u00a0personal utensils is allowed.\u00a0Sharing of stationery is limited, and where sharing can\u2019t be avoided, the item will be sterilised and wiped down regularly.\u00a0All parcels will also be sanitised before entering the building<\/p>\n

  We have appointed Covid-19 officers at each branch to ensure compliance with these very necessary protocols.
