Specialty hammer for forming metal and jewellery making, wooden handle is comfortable to hold, the striking face measures 18mm in diameter x 90mm long head- for accurate and precise hammering and the chisel shaped cross pein measures 15mm (tapering to around 1-2mm thick ).
As well as being ideal for driving and spreading rivets it can also be used for precision adjustments to jewellery forms and for flattening fine wire. The chisel end can also be used to create a lovely, stripy ‘bark’ effect on sheet metal.
The hammer measures 26cm from the top of the head to the bottom of the handle and it weighs approximately 65 grams.
