The Professional Technical Skills Certificate initiative, which recognises the expertise acquired by employees in the workplace, has been fully embraced by Cape Precious Metals. We are proud to have assisted with the Refining Technician certification and we are currently assessing all our employees involved in refining-related processes.
Following our Gauteng presentations in August, it was our Cape Town colleagues’ turn to receive their awards in September 2018. Our Head Office carries the biggest staff contingent and provides the lion’s share of our refining services and as such there were quite a few certificates to hand out!
