Make your special moments unforgettable with our tailored group packages. From baby showers to birthdays, hen parties, and more - we create the perfect spa experience for every occasion!
Group Packages
Our group packages are perfect for gatherings of 4 to 10 people. You can choose from a variety of packages available for online booking.
- Flexible Treatment options / packages: Guests can book different treatments as long as we know the selections prior to your booking. This way, we can accommodate everyone’s preferences.
- Drink Choices: Each group package allows you to swap any drink from our menu, ensuring a personalised experience. Please note, the drink of choice will not alter the package price.
- Comfortable Setting: Enjoy our beautiful and comfortable spa environment, complete with in-house drinks. Arrive early and enjoy your welcome drink on our patio area (Bloubergstrand branch) weather permitting.
- Include optional snacks at an extra cost – you can discuss this with us, and you are welcome to bring your own food for us to serve.
- You are welcome to bring balloons and small décor items to include.
- For the group bookings, we may have other clients in our salon at the same time.
- 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your booking.
- Deposit is non-refundable for a cancellation 7 days or less before appointment time.
- Appointment length of times will vary based on the number of guests, and once the package and treatments are confirmed, we will provide an estimated duration for your event.

Private Events
For larger gatherings of 15 or more, we offer exclusive private events tailored to your needs.
- Food Delivery: We can arrange for food to be delivered to make your celebration even more enjoyable at an extra cost and depending on your budget.
- You are welcome to bring your own food platters and décor such as balloons and/or birthday cake.
- Similar to our group packages, you can choose different treatments for your guests, ensuring everyone has a wonderful experience.
- You can send us a playlist of your choice.
- For private events, we will not book any other clients during the time you are there. We will confirm the start and end time once we have received your package choices.
- Drinks included in the package option can be swapped for anything on our menu however, the cost of the package remains the same.
- 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your booking.
- 50% balance due 7 days prior to event.
- We will finalise the details and provide an estimated duration for your event.

Bridal Packages
Celebrate your upcoming wedding in style with one of our thoughtfully curated bridal spa packages. Whether you’re looking for a luxurious full-day experience or a simple, elegant pamper session, we offer something for every bride and her bridal party. Each package is designed to help you relax, feel radiant, and create lasting memories before the big day.
The Enchanted Bridal Experience
Personalised Invitations
Choose from 6 stunning design options with the ability to make 2 personalised changes. Delivered electronically for convenience.
Exclusive Stylist Access
Bring your own makeup and hair stylist to our spa for a seamless beauty experience or we can set this up for you including a trial for the bride. This is extra – please enquire.
Photography Session
Capture the beautiful moments of the morning with a professional photographer included in the package (maximum one hour) and 30 photos sent to you electronically. Extra photos are available for a cost directly from photographer.
Spa Treatments
Each member of the bridal party (numbers to be confirmed for pricing and scheduling) will receive a luxurious express facial, a relaxing 30 minute back and shoulders or foot massage, and an express manicure and express pedicure. Gel overlay or tips are at an additional cost and time – please enquire.
Bridal Glow Package
A special treatment for the bride that includes the number one Hollywood Black Diamond facial treatment in the week leading up to the wedding and gel overlays or tips for hands and gel overlay for feet. This can be done in the week leading up to your wedding day for the purpose of time. 8 Collagen Can Tan sessions for that summer tanned holiday glow. Should the bride not wish to take this option, it is transferable to someone within her bridal party.
Sweet Treats
Enjoy a complimentary champagne toast, tea, coffees and water and a selection of gourmet pastries and fruit during your spa experience.
We regret no alcohol is to be brought onto our premises.

Makeup Artist Recommendation
You are able to invite your make-up artist to our premises to do your makeup.

Please Note
- Each package can be customised further based on the bridal party’s needs, numbers and preferences.
- Final costing can only be confirmed once we are aware of the numbers within your bridal party.
- We would require a booking at least 3 months prior to your big day and unfortunately we cannot confirm availability due to spa bookings confirmed and therefore we would encourage you to book as soon as you can, in order for us to make your day super special.
- 50% deposit will be required within 5 working days of booking into our system. The balance will be required 14 days prior to your big day. The 50% deposit is non-refundable in 30 days or less prior to your booking.

Corporate Self-Care Packages
Treat your team to a well-deserved break with our rejuvenating corporate wellness experiences. These thoughtfully curated packages are designed to promote relaxation, team bonding, and well-being in a tranquil spa setting. Ideal for small to mid-sized teams, each option offers flexibility and unique touches that ensure your employees leave feeling appreciated and revitalised.
The Ultimate Wellness Retreat
Duration
3 hours of exclusive access to our spa premises for groups of 15 to 20 people. If the corporate company has more than 20 participants, they will need to contact us directly for customised group package options.
Please note that for groups of 14 or fewer, there will be no exclusivity to our premises, regardless of the package chosen.
Welcome Refreshments
Upon arrival, participants will enjoy coffee (cappuccinos, lattes, or their choice) and complimentary bottled water for their walk.
Beachfront Walk
A guided 30-minute walk along the beachfront (15 minutes each way) to promote physical activity and relaxation. Participants who choose not to walk can opt for a guided meditation session instead.
Smoothie Competition
Participants will be divided into small groups to create their own smoothies. Each group will name their smoothie and provide a list of ingredients needed upfront. After preparation, there will be a smoothie tasting, and a group will be crowned the winner of the smoothie competition.
Wellness Options
Participants can choose one of the following for their pampering experience:
- Option 1: Women can enjoy a plain gel overlay manicure (no tips), which includes no artwork. If they choose a design from our Look Book gallery on our website, the artwork will be included at no extra charge. Any additional artwork not featured in the Look Book will incur an extra charge.
- Option 2: Men can opt for an express manicure and express pedicure.
- Option 3: An express facial and a 30-minute back and neck massage for either gender.
Canapés Included
The package includes a selection of canapés for participants to snack on during their time at the spa.
Health Assessment Options
Companies can choose only two of the following options for all of their participants. We will require a list of the participants and their one choice prior to the time.
- Dietician On-Site: A nutrition expert will provide personalized tips and education on healthy eating habits.
- Skin Analysis Station: Participants can receive a complimentary skin analysis to learn about their skin type and care tips.
- BMI Testing: A fitness professional can conduct BMI assessments to help participants understand their health metrics.
Complimentary Cap or Visor
Each participant receives a stylish cap or visor featuring the Ginger Spa logo.
Goodie Bags
Each participant will receive a goodie bag that includes three product samples from Ginger Spa. Companies can collaborate with us to fill the goodie bags with additional items.
Discount Vouchers
All participants will receive a 10% discount voucher for their next visit, valid for three months from the date of receipt excluding December.
Review Incentive
If any employee writes a review within 24 hours of their visit using the provided link, they will receive an additional 10% discount on their voucher, applicable within the three-month validity period. All discount codes will be provided.
20% Discount on Retail Products
All participants receive a 20% discount on retail products purchased during the event.
Branding Opportunity
The corporate company can display marketing materials, banners, and branding throughout the spa. This is only applicable for 15 or more participants whereby the client has exclusivity of Ginger Spa.
The Refresh and Recharge Package
Duration
2.5 hours of exclusive access to our spa premises for groups of 15 to 20 people. If the corporate company has more than 20 participants, they will need to contact us directly for customised group package options.

Agenda Flexibility
Companies can provide an agenda for the morning, allowing time for speeches or announcements, ensuring everyone is engaged and informed.

By offering these tailored self-care packages, your company can create an engaging and rejuvenating experience for your staff, encouraging them to prioritise their wellness and foster a positive work environment.
Terms and Conditions
These packages are not available from 15 November to 31 December.
Should your staff vouchers fall over this period of time, the 3 month validity period will extend beyond this time to ensure they are given 3 months to use their vouchers.
We will require a minimum of 2 weeks notice to set the event up and it is based on availability in our spa with current bookings according to the number of participants.
50% deposit will be required at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable should the company cancel 14 days prior to the scheduled event booking date. The balance will be required 2 weeks prior to event. Should your event take place within 2 weeks of booking the full amount will be required which is non-refundable.

- Parking: For bigger parties, we may suggest car pooling. We have limited parking inside, however, there is parking outside on a “first come first serve” basis.
- Please note that we have a few stairs to get up to us. If you need special entrance due to any disabilities, please let us know in order for us to accommodate and arrange parking inside.
